Waking up is very similar to a butterfly emerging from a cocoon: You must use all of your strength – mind, body, and spirit – to break free of lifetimes of programming, beliefs and belief systems,or what I like to call b.s. It is not easy, but I know you can do it. I believe in you.

We think of growing up as becoming the sum total of our experiences and lessons, hoping we do the right thing. Waking up is stripping everything away to reveal what you are – the Being witnessing the experience, and yet is untouched by it.

You will be required to lose everything you think is important for survival, everything you think makes you who you are, the cast of characters in the play of your life will change repeatedly, and you will have days of feeling you cannot suffer any more loss. You will be stripped down and re-built from the inside out. You will survive, thrive even, and discover you are more amazing than you ever could imagine.

No, Mastery is not for the weak. But, you are reading this because you can and will do it. You know you have no other choice. You have already begun to awaken. Your perspective on life is changing, you are seeing the Truth and falseness in the world, and wonder why others don’t see it as well. What was once the focus of your life has no meaning now, and a part of you inside is screaming to be released and express itself, but you don’t know how to start.

Begin with trust. A process has begun within you, and you must never take it personally. The Highest aspect of you, which is an expression of God, will break down the ego, and the ego is not you. It is not happening to you, it is happening through you. You have chosen to be a conduit for Light, love, God, energy, what ever you want to call it. Allow it to move through you, and it will clear out all of the thoughts and emotions that would block that flow. At times you will feel as if God has forsaken you, but I insist that you are loved, never alone, nor forsaken.

A Key to Mastery 

The mind is a tool – use it as such.

You do not have to be a slave, or even respond to what your mind tells you it wants,

even if it creates a feeling in the body to reinforce the thought.

You are driving the vehicle, it shall not drive you.

 Practice focusing your mind, then alternate with just observing your thoughts as they float by,

without following the emotional thread. 

Be the detached observer of the drama of your life.

It is a reality for many of us now, personally as well as globally, that the context of our lives are being cleared of that which will not support an authentic lifestyle. There is a global dismantling of the collective ego, and it shows up for us in a very personal way – as loss and/or fear (false evidence appearing real) of loss.

 It is easy to give in to the fear programming in the media – we have been hypnotized by it all of our lives. But when we become still, and turn our awareness to what is, in this very moment, there is nothing to fear. Let go of the repetitive ‘what if’s’, and see what is.

In our Higher awareness, humanity is breathing a sigh of relief as we see the old ways and systems -that almost destroyed us- crumble and fall. There is a part of us that knows this Spring-cleaning is long over due, and behind the veil of fear of the unknown is extreme joy that it is finally happening. Yes, it appears the world economy is falling apart, but if you look closer, you will find that it is a system rebalancing itself. Financial waste, abuse, leeching, and corporate favoritism are all coming up and out into the light to be healed and transformed. The wicked witch is melting, the wizard behind the curtain has been exposed as a fraud, and it is time to create a new Home.

And I will repeat: It is easy to give in to the fear programming in the media – we have been hypnotized by it all of our lives. Shut it off! Count your blessings, and there are many, and go for a walk in nature. Connect with the Earth, and remember each and every way you have always been provided for throughout your life, and always will be. Let go of the image of how you think you should be provided for, and witness miracles.

In many ways we have been learning to be in a constant state of surrender to God/Universe/Life Force, as it sometimes feels that nothing we try “our way” works, and it seems we are held back from moving forward. We are making good use of all the lessons gleaned from the many books and seminars on being “in the moment” right now! Obstacles and outright blocks, timing issues, and communication problems teach us to “let go and let God.”

When you experience what you perceive as loss it may help to remember that life is energy, and energy always is in motion like the ebb and flow of the tide. To and from, back and forth. When you cling to a belief that some things should not change, and then they do, that is the instant where the pain is created. When you do not accept what is, and even questioning the nature of the Universe as if it were personally assaulting you, you create blocks preventing the new, beautiful experiences from coming in. All of our experiences, those that we judge as “good” or “bad,” are what “life” consists of. Experiences. It just is what is. When we resist change, or question (why me?) or make a victim identity and story about all the “bad” that has happened, we create our own sea of suffering – which colors every experience – and cannot see what is, here and now. Life! Beauty! Love!

Many people have*, or are experiencing what I have come to know as The Job Initiation; job loss and career changes, relationships ending, moving to a new city, even name changes. (I recommend anyone who has experienced loss read the parable of Job in the Old Testament, especially if your ego is telling you right now that you know it. I promise there is a message there for you!) We are collectively creating authentic lives for ourselves – true to who we really are – even when it all seems out of our control.

I am not just writing about my theories here, I experience everything I write about, including this. In the last two years I have let go of two career-building jobs I enjoyed, my home, my possessions, my entire inner circle, the man I loved, and my health. I healed a 30-year nicotine addiction, moved to a new city, got divorced, and changed my name. Everything that defined my identity was stripped from me in a very short, head-spinning, period of time. It was a complete dismantling of the ego, and at times, very scary.

I resisted these changes at first, questioning my self worth, questioning God about what I had done wrong to deserve this, and trying to force things to work my way. I believed these things were obstacles to be overcome, and if I just found the right thing to do or say it would work out. Uh-uh. My resistance only prolonged the pain I was associating with letting go, created illness, and I experienced what has been referred to as “the dark night of the soul.” (Google it if it resonates with you)

Then one day, about a year ago, a series of miracles began. I was shown that I had not ‘lost’ anything at all. I was given a blank slate. A clean, white, new piece of paper on which to write my new experiences. Experiences which serve my Highest Purpose. Experiences I choose. Experiences with people who do not value me by my possessions, or job title, or what I could do for them. An opportunity to consciously create an authentic life. It is as if I have been reincarnated in the same body. Ah yes, I was given the gift of a fresh start!

As soon as I saw the big picture, my heart opened and I began to heal on every level.  Everything began to flow so beautifully. I was guided to the right professionals to assist in my healing, new friends showed up, all of my possessions were replaced anew, and my career is on the authentic path of my purpose. I have met people, been provided for, and experienced abundance in ways that can only be described as miraculous.  

It is a process, and there are tests and challenges, but I can assure you of this: Freely let go of anything or anyone you perceive as leaving you, personally or globally, and wish them well. Do not grasp at it, or cling to it. Thank it or them for going! Its going makes a space for something or someone more suited to you and what you need. God and the Universe know far better than we do about these things. Surrender to it and the miracles will commence!

This is an amazing time to be alive. The Earth and all of her inhabitants are being saturated with a downpour – and outpour – of beautiful White Light of the highest frequencies we can assimilate to assist in our collective ascension. Anything and everything of a lesser vibration is being brought into the Light for transmutation and release – Healing. The darkness has held us hostage for a very long time, sending out its frequency causing fear, pain, separation from God and each other, and using the negative ego as the receptor within us. But, alas, with Masters teaching us to become aware of our ego and its thoughts, the darkness is losing its grip on humanity at breakneck speed. We are evolving as a race and planet quickly now, and we must be vigilant to remain aligned in the Light in every moment, with every thought, with every breath.

As we are releasing old thoughts, experiences, beliefs, etc., these things will come to mind for acknowledgement, then release. Be sure you are not caught in the vicious circle of the emotion of the past. Just release whatever comes up, do not attach to it! When I catch myself thinking of the past or negatively I like to use 2 golden nuggets from A Course in Miracles: “Thank you for that thought, but I don’t need you. I choose the Atonement now. “

Sometimes it becomes a mindful mantra, and determination to heal and ascend out of the pain and chaos of the 3D are my fuel. We must do our best to train our minds to focus on the positive. Turn your heart and mind to God. Invoke all of the Archangelic realm, your guides, and the Ascended Masters to assist you. Let us not feed the darkness any longer. Instead, let us radiate everything we truly are.  

In my Intend To Ascend meditation classes, I invoke and request the assistance, guidance and healing gifts of all Masters and Angels I can think of. It is exactly like calling all of your friends when you need help with something big in your life. Our healing is BIG, and we have untold legions of Light Beings and off-Earth family waiting for our request for help. We only have to reach out energetically- with our voice, intention, or heart, and instantly they show up for us.

With so much being revealed and released, we can sometimes feel dense energies stuck in our field. This would manifest physically as lack of energy, irritability, or general feelings of unwellness, not feeling like oneself, etc. If allowed to remain, like will attract like and, well, you know the rest! We must clear our energy field with the same routine as brushing our teeth; twice a day.

So I have included here two prayers I use at the beginning of my classes, private healing sessions, and personally. It helps tremendously if you speak it aloud while visualize what you are asking to be done, as being done in the moment. Then throughout the day, focus on the Light surrounding you to strengthen it. Remember this saying from The Secret? – “Energy flows where attention goes,” and now it is important to stay clear and strong in the Light, so focus on that!

These prayers are attributed to Dr. Joshua David Stone, founder of I Am University, and author of over 40 really great and informative books on the ascension process (and it is a process!). I also use his meditations in my classes along with my own, and they are incredibly powerful, covering all of the bases, so to speak. 

CLEANSING PRAYER

Father-Mother God, I ask that I be cleared and cleansed within the Universal White Christ Light, the green healing Light, and the purple transmuting flame, within God’s Will and for my highest Good. I ask that any and all negativity be completely sealed in it’s own light, encapsulated within the ultra-violet Light, cut off and removed from me, impersonally, with neither love nor hate. I return all negativity to its source of emanation, decreeing that it never again be allowed to re-establish itself within me or anyone else in any form. I now ask that I be placed within a triple capsule of the Universal White Christ Light of protection, and for this Blessing I give Thanks. Amen.  

PRAYER OF PROTECTION

Beloved Mighty I AM presence, beloved Archangel Michael, and all the Ascended Masters, the Great Angelic Host, the Cosmic Beings, the Forces of the Elements, and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, I invoke the Tube of Light, a Wall of Blue Flame surrounding that Tube of Light, a Triple Ring-Pass-Not, and a Wall of the Violet Fire of Divine Love, to be an Invincible Cosmic Atmosphere over and around me for invincible, invulnerable, and indestructible Protection from all misqualified energies and opposition to the fulfillment of my Divine Plan coming from any and all sources, known and unknown. And for this Blessing I give Thanks. Amen.

Remember; twice a day. And in-joy this amazing time of miracles!

All signs from God, every ancient, sacred text, every message from Angels or guides, are designed to lead you through the maze of the ego mind, of the darkness and bring you
Home. You do not have to physically go anywhere to go Home. You just wake up to it. It is a shift in perspective. A vision of going further, beyond the veil that separates you from your True Self. When you move past the questioning in your mind, it becomes still and true seeing occurs. The only answer to every question is God. The only solution to every problem is God. The only cure for any illness is God. “Seek the Kingdom first” says the Master Jeshua ben Joseph. When you seek God first, when you put God first in your life, in your mind, in your heart, your focus shifts away from that which hinders you, and points to the Truth. It is then healing occurs.

You can take any road you choose to come Home. All roads will lead you Home. You may linger awhile in forgetfulness, you may create obstacles so that you can play in your creation a while longer. You may seek other ways to undo the anguish within yourself. That is your choice. That is your right. That is your free will. Sooner or later in time you will realize that there is only one way out. You must surrender to God.

You are learning now how to improve your life by creating a more appealing illusion. You desire objects to look after, a partner to look after you, and eternal youth. There is no thing you can create in your world that is worth diddly. It will all only bring you pain in the end. The objects will rust and break, and lose their shimmer. The partner will die or leave you for another. Eternal youth is not the nature of this realm. That is a memory of Heaven.

Allow God to choose for you. Allow God to decide what you want, because in Truth you do not know. Your life is full of things you don’t want – that you put there. It is insanity to create more of that deliberately. When the Master spoke of becoming like a child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven He was referring to dependence. A child depends on its parent for everything. That is how we must become to be free of pain and anguish. There is no book to teach you this. There is no secret. It is plain and clear. May Thy Will and my will be one.

Let go of the mental games you create to figure out your life. To attempt to make sense of an illusion is insanity. Let go of what you think your life should look like. The picture in your mind is a composite of other illusions. Let go of your desire for the perfect partner. It does not exist. You will not be alone. God has not abandoned you. Take a step closer to Home.

When you see that nothing you have done up until now has created true happiness and peace for you, it becomes clear a new way must be un-covered. I offer you that way. Lift your eyes and heart to God. Seek God diligently. Put yourself in God’s hands and watch your life transform in miraculous ways. Release to God all of your desires as they arise and watch with new eyes what He delivers. Put your very life on God’s altar and surrender. Moment to moment. Breath to breath. The Kingdom Truly is at hand. It is within you this very instant. Choose it.

Do you know that you are a beautiful being of Light – a divine expression of The God force – and that you are perfect in every way?  Do you function in the world as a Master of your life in the knowing of what you are? Or are the people, events, and circumstances in your life, or even the thoughts in your mind, the master over you?

In the simplest terms, we are Spirits utilizing a bio suit. We are energy beings which created matter to express the God within us. Then somewhere in ‘time’ we got lost in the game and believed we were our creation. We lost the connection to the Being playing the game; our True Selves. Scripture states that Adam (the Hebrew word for man) was put to sleep. The time has come to awaken from this dream, reconnect to God,and return to paradise!

Matter consists of energy vibrating at a slower speed than Spirit energy. (see Einstein: E=mc2) We call this world of energy-matter 3D. During our experience here in the 3D realm, having forgotten that we are “in this world but not of it”, we have accumulated densities in our energy field that manifest in the physical body as illness, recurring thoughts or behavior patterns, confusion, etc.

These densities are what is referred to as “the veil” that separates the worlds, and when released look exactly like that; veils of energy being lifted off of you to reveal more and more of the True Being within! Could this be the origin of the word “evil”? Evil is only an energy veil, or e-veil, covering the Light of the Holy Spirit within us.

So, the purpose of a healing session is to release density, and move any stuck energy in the personal field and until it flows properly. This raises your vibration which results in physical health, mental clarity, and can assist in letting go of ideas or emotional attachments to people or events which no longer serve you. With obstacles cleared the True Self can be discovered, and you take a step closer to the Kingdom within. Desire for, and dedication to knowing and serving your True Self and God accelerates healing tremendously!

The tools I use during a healing session vary according to guidance from Holy Spirit, your Guardian Angels and our respective guides. I may use any combination of prayer, meditation, channeled messages, hands-on energy transmission, chakra balancing, crystals, sound or silence, and I may simply pluck blocks out of your field.

So take a step closer to revealing the Master within. The time to WAKE UP has come!

Welcome to Intend To Ascend, and thank you for visiting.  As the grand illusion of the old system dismantles before our eyes, a new world rooted in love, peace, and authenticity has begun to show itself.  We are releasing what doesn’t serve, awakening to our true selves, and seeing things with a new perspective.  This amazing time ~ unlike any other ~ has been called The End Times, The Great Shift, Ragnarok, and The Ascension. “This is the Dawning of the Age of Aquarius.” How many years ago was that song channeled to our collective consciousness? Are you still laying in your bed pulling the covers over your eyes because you can’t face the world? Or even the day? The dawn has come, the Son has risen and the hour is getting late. Wake up! We cannot afford to be lazy children anymore. Wake up! Our parents are sounding the alarm and calling us to feast at their table. Wake up!

I perceive us like a disco ball made of Love and Light. Each aspect reflects that Light out in its own special way. All aspects are equal and all are essential to the others. That is what we are, different aspects of the same self. But different does not mean separate. That, loved ones, is the illusion of the ego. That devil with a small “d,” that great deceiver. It leads us to believe we are separate because we utilize different bodies to experience this world. It is written in Genesis that God put Adam (man in Hebrew) to sleep. While Adam is sleeping, another body is created, and they together create more bodies, as children. Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden, separated from God, and quite literally, all hell broke loose. Nowhere in the entire Bible does it ever say that Adam woke up. Hell is a dream. Ego is the master of that dream doing everything it can to keep you separate from God.

Lucifer was the most beautiful angel in heaven, but he wanted to be God, so he created his own world. And you live in it. “There will be much pain and gnashing of teeth.” Have you ever seen anyone in pain? Ever been in pain yourself? Ever been inside a hospital? All pain, all illness — physical or emotional — is caused by a feeling of being separate from God. Wake up! The dark night of the soul is over. Morning has come. It is time to go Home. Just choose it. Count yourself in.

While we are humans being/being humans we tend to get sucked into “the daily grind,” the routine things that can make you forget Spirit, forget God — until Sunday morning, of course. Your car breaks down, you hate your job, your bills are past due, and you need a vacation. So you escape into TV, which is a powerful manifestation of the ego. It projects fear, murder, death, poison, poison, poison. It mesmerizes us. “There will be much pain and gnashing of teeth.” See it for what it is — a distraction to keep you from seeing yourself, to keep you from healing yourself and your life. Take a long vacation from television and see what your life is really about. The world is a façade of the ego playing itself out, attacking itself to avert your eyes from the truth. It creates in your mind separation and lack, it makes you believe in illness. It is maya. Illusion.

Resurrection

Many masters have shown us the way to shift our perspective to God, to wake up to the truth. Are you still sleeping? That is the true Easter message. The purpose of the life of Jesus who is the Christ is to show us that separation is illusion. It is just not fact. When you die, what are you separate from? Your body! It is a dream. The only truth is God. And you are that truth. It is you. How can you be apart from yourself? You cannot.

The crucifixion had to be played out on a grand scale, going right to the core of the ego, the most imposing and cruel manifestation of the ego — Rome. The Christ could not have picked a better example of the ego to play out the drama. Ego attacks Spirit. Spirit allows the attack because it knows the ego is illusion. Spirit transcends ego. The mightiest empire in the world could not destroy the Christ energy. In the body of Jesus of Nazareth, or in the body of Joe the garbage collector, or in the body of you or me, Spirit cannot be destroyed, lessened or changed. Shift your perspective to that knowing. Get back in the saddle of your life and let ego be your beast of burden. It is a tool for experiencing being “human;” use it as such, but don’t let it use you. Don’t allow it to distract you from who you truly are. “And then the lion (ego) shall lay down with the lamb (Spirit).”

A good friend once said “There are many Who’s in Whoville but only one What. And what you are is a piece of God.” An aspect of God. A child of God. A spoke on the wheel and the hub is God. If you name it Universal Love, Goddess, Buddha, Allah, Jesus, Spud, it is all the same God. It doesn’t care what you call it as long as you do call. No one can truly go home until we all go. I’m ready to let go of pain and illusion, are you? We are so close; all we have to do is open our eyes. We think we need divining tools like cards and runes, etc., to show us the way, but just shift your perspective to be inside your higher self and you will see you don’t need tools anymore. Quiet the ego and listen to your own voice. It is Spirit. Trust yourself. You are the light of the world and the darkness does not comprehend it. As Christ said, “Get behind me Satan. I am sovereign here.” Ego has only the power you give it. Stop allowing it to mislead you.

Nirvana is now. The kingdom is at hand. They are loading the bus and I want to be on it. I want to go home. Wake up now! War is over if you want it to be. Take my hand and we’ll go together; there is no other way. The Beatles sang, “I am you as you are he as we are all together.” Haven’t we done this pain thing long enough? Choose to see the beautiful truth. Heaven is waiting for us.

You feel the change. You hear the call. Take the next step…

Intend to Ascend.

Throughout history, in all cultures and belief systems, Ascension has been written and spoken of as The End Times, The Great Shift, and the end of the Mayan calendar. It is a planetary, and even galactic event, as The Ascended Masters of all religions and denominations, as well as Angelic Beings and Lightworkers everywhere, are supporting and assisting us through this transitional time. We are on the cusp of the Thousand Years of Peace written of in The Book of Revelation by John Zebedee.

A great many books are dedicated to this subject, and I haven’t been called to write one, (yet) so here is a brief description of what Ascension is:

• Earth and its inhabitants are in the process of a collective raising of our vibration to move out of the 3^rd Dimension and into the 5^th.
• Ascension is bringing Heaven to Earth ~ the realization of our highest and best potentials we have collectively visualized and prayed for.
• The Spiritualizing of matter: the descent of our Higher Self, or Spirit, to embody the physical form.

To accomplish this we must:

• Clear the negative ego
• Detox the body
• Activate the Light body
• Love and embrace all aspects of self ~ including the Shadow Self, (or what would be perceived as weakness or faults)~ as an expression of God.
• Retrain ourselves to let our High Heart and Joy lead us in place of the logical/rational mind. The High Heart is the Chakra between the throat and heart chakras. This is where the Pink Diamond Heart resides, our Highest God expression. When you see renderings of The Christ and Mother Mary with the crowned heart on fire, it is always on the High Heart.
• We must consistently reach out to our Spirit Self, offering the Spiritual handshake, as it eases into physicality so our consciousness and sub-consciousness are in sync.

We are doing all of these things already at a Higher awareness even if we are not consciously aware of it yet. The time has come to choose the At~one~ment within and without. Commit to your Ascension and that of the planet, and be the Master you are intended to be.

O.K. It’s getting a little too serious in this world lately, and the goal is to keep our heart open, yes? The key is to hold compassion for everyone, including the bankers who’ve grossly contorted the monetary system and the feds that conspired with them. After all, money is just numbers on a screen, on a piece of paper, followed by zero’s – and a zero is nothing.  For those of us who have lived without material wealth it will be an easier transition than for those who gauge their self worth by the size of their home or make of car, or professional title, etc.  When we all live within our means, without the burden of over extended debt, we all may find ourselves more dependant on each other and barriers of separation may begin to come down.

This is a test, to be sure, and I recall a passage from A Course in Miracles;

“Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists.”

So in the spirit of In-Joy-ing life and Lightening up a bit, I’m posting a silly song I love. Anyone who really knows me knows I am a huge Monty Python fan, and an adept practitioner of laughter and goofiness. The image above is Mike Myers (whom I adore) in The Love Guru (in case you’ve been watching to much CNN), a fantastic movie for good fun that is funny! And, I’ll just put it out there that I would la~la~love a motorized meditation pillow for Christmas…
